Will the floor smell?

No, Jazz flooring is made from EPDM and truck tyres which are made up of 50% natural rubber and 50% chemical this combination along with a MDI binder eliminates the VOCs. We have a VOC certificate to confirm this.

Can it be installed straight away?

No, once the substrate has been adequately prepared, it is vital to allow the Jazz® flooring to dimensionally contract via the lowest air conditioned temperature for at least 24 hours before adhering.

Does it require gluing?

Yes, A1 Rubber offers three kinds of adhesives to address varying ambient conditions and substrats. Refer to the installation guide to know more about this adhesives.

Does it have to be sealed once installed?

No, however a protective coating will prolong the life of the Jazz floor and aid in the cleanning processes. In cases where a maximun slip resistance is required an unsealed floor will give better results. Refer to the installation guide to know more about the different types of sealents.

Does it have a warranty?

Yes, Jazz flooring comes with a manufacturer's 3 year warranty.
